Tom Stabley, Chief Executive Officer
Tom Stabley serves as Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Clearwater Solutions and is responsible for the company’s operations, corporate strategy, growth, and accountability. Prior to joining Keystone, Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of Rex Energy Corporation, a State College based, publicly traded oil & gas operator which was sold in 2018. During his 16 years with Rex Energy, Tom served in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer and President and CEO.
During his tenure with Rex Energy, Tom led the organization and was responsible for its growth, including several major transactions, which included doubling its acreage holdings in the Appalachian Basin. Tom’s extensive experience in the shale gas industry has made him a natural fit for the leadership of Keystone Clearwater. Tom possesses a unique understanding of the Oilfield and Industrial Services business and is well positioned to lead the organization into the future.
Tom is a native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania and University of Pittsburgh. He lives and works in State College, PA, with his wife and family and is an avid outdoorsman.
Daniel Dalton, President and Chief Operating Officer
As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Clearwater, Dan Dalton manages all aspects of Keystone’s water-transfer support services, water transfer pipeline construction, and other water transfer services. Mr. Dalton has developed extensive experience in hydrogeology, environmental permitting, and various other geotechnical applications through the completion of many high-profile oil & gas and water infrastructure assignments while employed as a geotechnical consultant.
Currently, Mr. Dalton provides direct oversight and management of all water-transfer, pipeline engineering, and all other water transfer projects and operations for Keystone Clearwater throughout the Appalachian Basin.
Highlights from a sample of projects managed and completed by Mr. Dalton include the following:
- Turnkey water-transfer services for several multi-national oil & gas exploration & production companies operating in the Appalachian Basin.
- The permitting, planning, development, and operations of four SRBC-permitted water intake locations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dan Dalton lives and works out of Keystone Clearwater’s headquarters located in Hershey, PA. Dan graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with a B.S. in Geology.
Curt Walker, Chief Financial Officer
Curt Walker serves as Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, and is responsible for financial and internal control activities, including those relating to financial planning and reporting, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, insurance and financial management. Prior to his roles with Keystone, Mr. Walker served as the Chief Financial Officer for Rex Energy Corporation, a State College based, publicly traded oil & gas operator which was sold in 2018.
Throughout his tenure with Rex Energy, which spanned from 2007 through 2018, Mr. Walker served in a number of financial positions with increasing responsibility, including Director of Accounting, Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to Rex Energy, Mr. Walker spent four years with USF Glen Moore (a former subsidiary of YRC Worldwide, a publicly traded Fortune 500 trucking and transportation company).
Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration, both from Shippensburg University. He resides in Mill Hall, PA with his wife and two children and splits his time working out of Keystone Clearwater’s headquarters located in Hershey, PA and Hydro Recovery’s headquarters office in State College, PA.
Jeffrey Wehler, Senior Vice President
Jeff Wehler serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Senior Vice President and is focused on business development, strategic growth, and corporate and financial optimization initiatives for the Company. Jeff initially joined Keystone Clearwater in 2013 as the Director of Business Development, managing all aspects of Keystone’s business development, sales, and marketing functions. Throughout his tenure with Keystone, Jeff has served in many capacities, including operations and finance. Jeff maintains significant experience in managing the planning, design, and development of Keystone’s complex water and wastewater projects, including design, permitting, construction and management services.
Prior to joining Keystone, Jeff was a Vice President with M&T Bank’s Commercial Banking Group located in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at M&T, Jeff managed a portfolio of corporate customers and helped develop M&T’s entry into the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Jeff has developed significant experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting. While at M&T, Jeff represented his clients in financing acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other traditional corporate finance transactions.
Jeff Wehler lives with his family in Hershey, PA and works out of Keystone Clearwater’s Corporate Office in Hershey. Jeff graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2005 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Mike Eck, Senior Vice President
Mike Eck currently serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Senior Vice President responsible for oversight of Keystone’s Health, Safety & Environmental function along with operations at Hydro Recovery’s water recycling/disposal facilities.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Rex Energy. During his time at Rex Energy, Mike oversaw Rex’s Risk Management group which included Internal Audit, Health, Safety & Environmental, Procurement/Sourcing, Fleet Management and Information Technology. Mike has developed significant experience in driving operational excellence and setting strategic direction to ensure that the organization is prepared to respond to client demands, reduce corporate risk and achieve the defined goals.
Mike graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Mike lives in Franklin Park, PA with his wife and son and works out of Keystone’s Canonsburg office.
Zach Zucco, Vice President of Operations
Zach Zucco serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Vice President of Operations, supporting Keystone’s Water Transfer business lines in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Zach is responsible for meeting our customers’ expectations, while executing work in a safe and reliable fashion. Zach has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 2011, having first gathered experience in top hole drilling before joining the Keystone team.
Having joined Keystone in 2014, Zach served as the Director of Health, Safety & Environment for Keystone Clearwater Solutions for six years. He has supported establishing and administering Keystone’s commitment to provide a safe work environment for employees. Zach also oversaw the development and implementation of the KEYS (Keystone Enhancing Your Success) competency program to further our operational training program.
Zach graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management. He lives in Delmont, PA with his wife and two children and works out of the Canonsburg office.
Bryan Guthridge, Vice President of Operations
Bryan Guthridge serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Vice President of Operations, leading Keystone’s Water Transfer business serving natural gas customers in Northern and Eastern Pennsylvania. Bryan is well versed in complex water and wastewater management projects, including high rate and high-pressure water transfer, facility O&M, and extensive pipeline system operations. In recent years, Bryan has focused on introducing industrial automation processes to aid in system performance and sustainability. He also concentrates on job site efficiency and safety, with oversight of HSE and Corporate Standard Operating Procedures. Bryan is committed to delivering a positive workplace culture and experience for all Keystone employees.
Bryan has worked in the Pennsylvania Natural Gas industry since 2011, having first gathered experience as a water transfer technician at Western Pump & Dredge. He joined Keystone as a Senior Water Tech and actively worked his way up through the company, being promoted to Supervisor, Operations Manager, Managing Director, and Senior Managing Director. He is proud to understand the innerworkings of every role within the company since he performed all jobs himself in the past.
Bryan lives in DuBois, PA and works out of Keystone’s Mansfield office.
Luke Beachy, Vice President of Automation
Luke Beachy serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Vice President of Automation. He is responsible for program development, assets, and overall structure of the automation program, which includes the proprietary WaterForce Automation and Control System. As Director of Technology for three years and now as Vice President of Automation, Luke has been instrumental in building Keystone Clearwater’s automation program from the ground up to being the first water transfer company in the region to perform fully automated well completions that can run with no user input.
Since joining Keystone Clearwater in 2012, Luke has worked in many different roles at the company. Beginning out in the field as a Water Transfer Technician, he was promoted first to Supervisor and then to Operations Manager before serving as Senior Manager of Procurement & Logistics, and then Director of Technology. During Luke’s time running Automation he has been responsible for designing and bringing to life Keystone Clearwater’s automation assets that have allowed us to stay ahead of our competition in Water Transfer operations. These assets are modular and allow us to use automated components within our existing manual projects and allow us to quickly adapt to pad layouts as they change from job to job.
Luke works out of the Hershey office and lives in Blandon, PA with his wife and four children and spends his free time building things and smoking meat.
Matthew King, Vice President of Engineering and Construction
Matt King serves as Keystone Clearwater’s Vice President of Engineering and Construction focusing on water system development and implementation for key natural gas clients.
Prior to joining Keystone, Matt held Vice President roles with Eichelbergers, Inc. and Rettew Associates. With each company Matt was heavily involved with operations and has been active in the oil and gas industry since 2010. Matt prides himself on developing and delivering meaningful solutions to his clients to improve their operational efficiency.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University. He lives in East Berlin, PA with his wife and two sons and works out of Keystone Clearwater’s Corporate Headquarters in Hershey, PA.
Patrick McCollum, Vice President of Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Patrick is responsible for providing HR leadership and support for each of our business units company wide. He oversees recruiting, employee engagement, recognition and retention, performance management, benefits, compensation, corporate policies, programs, and procedures. Patrick is a certified HR executive with over 28 years of solid, transformative HR Leadership experience. His ultimate passion is in creating and driving environments where people and teams are empowered to do their best work each day. His collaborative style as a mentor, confidant, communicator, and champion of change has allowed him to be recognized for consistently guiding teams through profound organizational transition and periods of growth.
Until recently, Patrick served on the board of the Little Miami River Conservancy and serves on the board of the Caledonian Society of Cincinnati (the oldest Scottish society in North America). A former athlete in college, Patrick is a true polymath, whose hobbies and interests include everything from science, nature, writing, hiking, birding, fly-fishing, fencing, and travel. He’s also a Certified Master of Scotch Whisky, through both the Council of Whiskey Masters and the Edinburgh Whisky Academy, and an Executive Bourbon Steward through the Kentucky Distillers Association.
Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington and his master’s degree in Forensic Entomology from Washington State University. Patrick is based out of the State College office.
