Keystone Clearwater Solutions acquires water transportation unit

Keystone Clearwater Solutions has announced that they have acquired the Northeast Pennsylvania, water transportation unit from ECM Energy Services, a Williamsport, PA company serving the natural gas production industry. Keystone Clearwater Solutions will operate the transportation unit under the Keystone Clearwater Solutions brand. Combined, Keystone will now operate over 40 power units, serving the water management needs of its customers. All employees of the unit will be retained.
