Samantha Hubbard Chosen to Lead Keystone Clearwater Solutions’ Expansion in Texas

Hershey, PA:  Keystone Clearwater Solutions has named Samantha Hubbard Sales Manager for the company’s new Permian Basin business unit. Hubbard will take the lead on the expansion of the company’s oil and gas water transfer business into West Texas.

“We’re excited to be bringing our extensive water transfer experience in the Marcellus/Utica Basin to West Texas, and Samantha is a great fit to help us establish our roots in the Permian Basin. She’s been in the oil and gas industry for a decade and understands the unique nature of water management in the Permian Basin,” said Jeff Wehler, Senior Vice President of Keystone Clearwater Solutions.

Hubbard has spent almost her entire career working in the oil and gas industry in West Texas, primarily in water transfer sales. “I have learned so much from each company I have worked at, and I am ready to take that knowledge to open this division for Keystone Clearwater!” she said.

Hubbard is based out of Keystone Clearwater’s new office in Odessa, Texas.
